Following the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023, On the rates of export customs duties on goods exported from the Russian Federation outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, and on changes in the rates of export customs duties on goods, export from the Russian Federation outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, from September 2023 «AC «Sojuzpushnina» selling goods for the export will include the customs duty in the price of the goods purchased at the auction. The rate of the customs duty is as follows:

0% of the customs value of the goods, with an average value for the period of monitoring the exchange rate of USD to RUB, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, less than 80 RUB per USD;

4 %

4% of the customs value of the goods, with an average value for the period of monitoring the exchange rate of USD to RUB, established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, more than 80 RUB per USD (inclusive), but less than 85 RUB per USD;

4.5 %

4.5% of the customs value of the goods, with an average value for the period of monitoring the exchange rate of the USD to RUB, established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, more than 85 RUB per USD (inclusive), but less than 90 RUB per USD;

5.5 %

5.5% of the customs value of the goods, with an average value for the period of monitoring the exchange rate of the USD to RUB, established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, more than 90 RUB per USD (inclusive), but less than 95 RUB per USD;

7 %

7% of the customs value of the goods, with an average value for the period of monitoring the exchange rate of the USВ to RUB, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, more than 95 RUB per USD (inclusive).

The average value specified in the resolution for the period of monitoring of USD to RUB, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, is defined as the arithmetic mean value of USD to RUB, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, for all days in such a monitoring period.

The monitoring period of the USD exchange rate against RUB, established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, is the period of time beginning on the 26th day of the calendar month preceding the calendar month in which such monitoring period ends, and ending on the 25th day (inclusive) of the calendar month preceding the calendar month of application of the export customs duty rate.

The rate of customs duty is fixed on the date of the invoice statement and may be adjusted on the date of customs clearance of the goods and their shipment.
