50th Anniversary KASTORIA International Fur Fair, April 9-11, 2025

Representatives of the Sojuzpushnina auction company attended the anniversary fair in Kastoria from April 9 to 11, 2025.

Today, the Kastoria Fur Fair has become one of the most prominent fairs and exhibitions of the 2025 season, attracting 101 exhibitors from 11 different countries: Greece (78), Italy (9), China (2), Croatia (1), Estonia (1), Finland (1), Germany (2), Hungary (2), Holland (2), USA (2), and Turkey (2). Approximately 700 guests from 36 different nations visited the exhibition center in Kastoria.

Sable garments were widely presented at the stands of manufacturers of ready-made products.

In 10 out of the 14 collections at the anniversary Gala Show, sable fur garments were presented.

It should be noted that most sable garments are of high quality and have Sojuzpushnina labels.

The small amount of sable in the semi-finished product indicates insignificant commodity residues.

In general, sellers of ready-made products expressed cautious optimism based on the increased number of visitors compared to last year, as well as the presence of representatives of new markets.

Due to the increased competition between Chinese and European buyers in the purchase of sable at auctions, the value of this fur has been increasing in the global market.

At a meeting with the President of the Kastoria Fur Association, Mr Akis Tsukas, he was awarded a diploma for 50 years of fruitful cooperation and a commemorative stela in honor of the exhibition anniversary.

The certificate in recognition of their efforts to promote Russian sable on the international market was awarded to Guida Italy.

The Greek company Active Sable House received a certificate for their successful cooperation during the 2024 - 2025 season.
