In 2019, we protected our exclusive right to the brand name "Sojuzpushnina" and the trademark. As of late 2020, the Federal antimonopoly service (FAS Russia) ruled that "Ruspushnina" Ltd. violated antitrust laws, by defamation of Auction company "Sojuzpushnina" Ltd.
"Ruspushnina" Ltd. was directed to remedy its violations of the antitrust laws regarding Auction company "Sojuzpushnina" Ltd.
